Chef/Proprietor Douglas Amaral and his wife Diane serve global cuisine. Sweet and sour snapper with mango balsamic glaze, pecan and hazelnut crusted chicken, crab, shrimp, stuffed salmon roasted in phylo dough, veal with wild mushrooms, mango marsala, garlic and basil shrimp with Portuguese sausage and logenberry and mint glazed lamb shanks prepared daily using the freshest fish, aged beef and vegetables. Homemade plantain chips with mango chutney dip, spring green salad, appropriate starch, French bread and sweet cream butter.
